* Create a dummy WPF project

* Set up Ammy placeholders

* Don't track autogenerated files

* Basic layout

* Add Program.cs

* Implement basic workflow

* Autofocus token textbox and add Enter key handler

* AmmyUI converters are slightly dumb :(
