+In 1.9.38 the setting read `Hide "<your brand>" branding` on a white-labelled instance, because it
+was included in the brand substitution. That was backwards: the toggle hides the *platform's*
+attribution, not the operator's own name, so on an instance branded "Acme" it offered to hide Acme's
+branding.

+It now reads "Hide platform branding", and the equivalent in the six other translated languages.
