ScreenTinker 0743901e48 i18n batch 2a: wire widgets.js (~107 keys) 
- All widget types (clock/weather/rss/text/webpage/social/directory-board)
  with localized names + descriptions
- Full Directory Board editor (categories, entries, logo, backgrounds)
- Content picker overlay
- Confirms, toasts, empty states
- 532 keys total, 100% parity across en/es/fr/de/pt

Designer.js follows in batch 2b.
