Added Airports codes
These just post MCDs and WCNs that's all. and they hog the server and make it status 429 Too Many Requests.
Possible slight fix in usage that's all.

Update data/blacklist.json
Remove byzchat (Billings, MT) from blacklist. Don't know why that was there.
