Adding SPC_WPC_SWPC outlook command #9

What the idea is there to be a slash command e.g "/spcoutlook Day 1" thru day 8
and possibly WPC and possibly SWPC

Also keep in mind Day 1 outlook is updated to 3 to 4 times a day and Day 2 is updated Twice a day.

Day 5 Outlook
Day 6 Outlook
Day 7 Outlook
Day 8 Outlook
