Small Updates 
- Made small changes to main system template/script
New Parts
- Added Voice Siren Driver to individual components
	- This uses AudioAPI, includes a modified siren speaker.
	- Audios are not published at the moment, but should be included in a later commit

Big Update 
- Fix keypad beeps by making it use separate, disableable scripts for each sound a keypad can make.
- Make keypad beep scripts not complain when no hi/lo exists, making way for voice keypads :)
