Basically, when you use /log. it will generate a "profile" for a person that will contain all moderation actions that have been against them. "Profiles" can have a Steam IDs and IP tied to them. If they already have a "profile" then it will add that to their list of moderation logs. Then, using /get, you can see someones "profile", letting you see their tied IP and their Steam ID, along with all previous (and possibly current) moderation actions taken against them. These moderation actions will include the reason and length. If you specify a specific log (probably though a log id) then it will also show any mod-comments left) /remove will allow you to remove logs from someone (lets say they appeal) and /update will let you adjust something the log saved. /comment lets you add mod comments to a log.

The 3 administrative commands are self explanatory, pretty much adding and removing people's permission to use any of the other 5 commands, and then mass exporting all logs before something important or just to have logs.
