Changes to README.md (Extensive)

1. Fix many markdown issues(The linter screamed at me when I opened the file, exceptions are the no-inline-html and first-line-heading/first-line-h1)
  1. Added sh to many command code blocks(that otherwise lacked it, linter) and python to the one describing b512() function, also changed it to a fenced code block instead of indented one(linter happy)
  2. Added alt tags to images for screen readers(linter)
  3. Fixed indentations (1 tab = 2 spaces, linter)
  3. Added translation to that one Russian UI comment
