The idea is that "ŝanĝ⏱️" would be read as something like "ŝanĝtempo", as in "change time". Esperanto doesn't really have an unambiguous term for "fade", computing dictionaries tend to list it as "dissolvo", based on usage in OpenOffice.org/LibreOffice, where it was presumably used to describe a visual transition between slides, whereas this setting indicates how much *time* a fade would last.

I am also trying to keep the labels short, and use of emoji to simplify certain labels is already common in copyparty.
