quick explanation of the buttons,
* `[✅ apply rename]` confirms and begins renaming
* `[❌ cancel]` aborts and closes the rename window
* `[↺ reset]` reverts any filename changes back to the original name
* `[decode]` does a URL-decode on the filename, fixing stuff like `&` and `%20`
