grifinas 546aca71b2 feat: add --dev flag to watch and auto-reload sfx archive changes 
when --dev is passed, starts a background thread that monitors the sfx archive file for modifications and automatically re-unpacks when changes are detected.
Skips checksum validation during repack to allow for content updates.

move copyparty-original code to qrkode.py

stolen/qrcodegen.py can be deleted and replaced with system lib

this is safe and has minimal affect on functionality;
performance will be a tiny bit slower without the vendored copy

docker buildx imagetools inspect copyparty/ac:beta@sha256:[...] --raw
would show the annotations from the base alpine image instead of ours
